How to move "Temp" & "Tmp" Files to another hard drive?

Perhaps some of y'all could help me here. I want to move my Temp, temp, tmp files to another hard drive in my system.

I have heard this will lessen the fragging of my C drive. I have already moved my Paging Files.

Any help or recommendations will be appreciated! :thumbup:
